Hello and welcome to Caladan’s norvegian forest cat, small cattery located in Sarthe (Near Le Mans).

Cats live totaly with us and share our house : lounges, beds and chimney... And there is no closed door ! Much better:  high ceilinged rooms with big beams on wich only theim can go! They’ve got too a big cattery with a small warmed up house and a playing area, and some enclos to take advantage of sun.

Future mums have place by themselves in the human bedroom, and get our better attentions. When kittens grow up, they can walk around the whole room, which is fit out for there security, learning and plays.  When they’re bigger, they have the entire house, so they get used to usual odors and sounds. Vacuum Cleaner? Not afraid!!!

Our intention is to make beautifull and good type kittens and particulary very well socialise. So, cattery will concerve a reasonable importance for having time for each one.

Norvegian is a easy life cat, attending, active but not nervous. He’s very close of his master. And to show him this affection, he can be very inventive to claim strokes, attentions and games.
This is a real cat-dog! He loves company, along extremly well with children and other animals. Novergian loves being taken for a walk, keeped on a leash. Running after balls, bringing back his toys, creating new games and imaginary preys... This is a very playful cat, all along his life!

Novergian grows up slowly and gets mature at 3… so we can take advantage of a baby during a long time !
A weekly brushing as care is enough.

Choosing future families is very important for me. I won’t confide baibes to anybody’s care! First, I will ensure that they will join a loving, caring home. When cats are mature, I love receiving news and shots. In return, I stay free for advices to give about growth, health and care all along kittens life.

Nous allons régulièrement en expositions afin de rencontrer le plus de chats possible et d'avoir ainsi un aperçu réel de l'évolution de la race. Mais pour ne pas fatiguer les chats trop souvent (bain, voyage, cage …) et avoir le temps de bien s’occuper de chacun à la maison, je ne sélectionne que les plus intéressantes.

Garanties sanitaires :
Tous les chats sont vaccinés contre panleucopénie, viroses respiratoires, leucose et rage.
Ils sont testés pour FIV, FeLV négatifs.
Les reproducteurs sont testés GSD4 négatif par ADN.
Les chatons sont tous vaccinés dès 8 semaines, et reçoivent leur deuxième injection à 12 semaines avant leur départ dans leur nouvelle famille, ils auront également été vermifugé 2 fois et traiter contre les puces.

Nos reproducteurs ont tous des pedigrees FIFé ou LOOF, tous les chatons ont des pedigrees LOOF.
